You've asked for deliveries, now you get it!!!

We've partnered with a local delivery provider to offer deliveries to a limited coverage area in the GTA. Please read all the FAQs below before placing an order for a delivery!

Delivery FAQs

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we currently offer delivery for an additional fee through a third-party delivery provider to select areas in the GTA. To find out if you are in the delivery zone, please enter your address on the checkout page. If you are not in the delivery zone, please get in touch with us, and we will try our best to find an alternate option for you.

How far in advance do I need to order for delivery?

We recommend that you order a minimum of 2 days in advance.

Which days do you offer delivery?

Deliveries can be done all week between 10 am – 6 pm.

Is pick-up still an option?

Yes, you can still pick up your orders from the Downsview Park area.

Do you accept cash on delivery?

No, all orders need to be paid in full via e-transfer before delivery.

What are the delivery timings? OR when can I expect my order to arrive on my delivery date?

The delivery window will be from 10 am – 6 pm.

What time delivery should I select on the website while placing my order?

The timing chosen while placing your order will be an estimate, as the deliveries are not a Point A to Point B delivery, so it will be based on the delivery partner’s schedule on that specific day.

How would I know when my delivery is on its way?

You will receive a text message on the number provided while placing your order once the order has been picked up, notifying you that your delivery is en route. You can track the delivery from the link provided in the text message to get an estimated time of delivery.

How long would it take once the order has been picked up?

It will be delivered within 4 hours after your order has been picked up.

What desserts are available to order for delivery?

All desserts on my website will be available for delivery, however, it is recommended to pick up your Entremets during the summer since they’re temperature sensitive.

What precautions will be taken to deliver my Entremet safely?

To ensure that the Entremets travel safely, we will be glazing them right before pick-up, which means they will still be frozen in transit.

What if my Entremets/desserts arrive damaged?

We do not take any responsibility for deliveries as it is done by a third-party provider, however, we’ve made sure they understand that our products must be handled with care.

How do I store the Entremet after delivery?

We recommend refrigerating it for a few hours before consumption.

What if I am not home when my order arrives?

Unfortunately, our delivery provider cannot be responsible for items that are left unattended. It is recommended you ensure someone is at home on the day the delivery is requested.

Where does the delivery provider drop off the order?

This will be a contactless delivery, and your order will be kept at your doorstep. Please ensure you track the delivery via the link in the text message to ensure that your order is not left outside for too long. The driver will keep a photo on file upon delivery. We are not responsible for the package being stolen or damaged after drop-off.

What if I have questions after placing my order?
